Great quiet location above the beach promenade and the sandy beach of San Agustin, which can be reached in just a few minutes' walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds. The distance to Playa del Inglés is approx. 4.5 km (public bus connection nearby).
Shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away.

Facilities

This fantastically located adults-only complex (ages 16 and up) is a schauinsland-reisen original.
It has 24 apartments and 16 studios spread over 8 floors (lift from the 3rd floor).
The appealing architecture of this small complex is immediately striking, harmonizing wonderfully with the terraced garden with its natural stone look. From here, palm-lined paths lead you in no time to the promenade and the sandy beach of San Augustin, along the swimming pool.
A reception is available during the day for questions and requests.
Free Wi-Fi area available.
The well-kept outdoor area features a sun terrace with a swimming pool, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas.
From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the sea and the beach of San Agustin.

Studio Sea View

The studios are friendly and attractively furnished.
They have a combined living/sleeping area with 2 beds and a sleeping possibility for the 3rd person, air conditioning (included/individually adjustable), kitchenette with coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen satellite TV, safe (rental) and a furnished balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sound of the waves (SM2).
Also available for single occupancy (SM1).

1 Bedroom Apartment Sea View

In addition to the same amenities as the studios, the apartments have a separate bedroom and 2 loungers on the furnished terrace or balcony (2AM).
Here too, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
(Preferred arrangement regarding balcony or terrace only possible as a non-binding customer request).
Also available for single occupancy (1AM).
