Location

Located in the immediate vicinity of the sea and only 10 minutes from the fishing village of Puerto Vueltas. You can reach the beautiful volcanic sand beach of La Playa along the small coastal road after approximately 400 m. Here you will also find nice restaurants and shops.

The complex opened in 1999 with 74 apartments grouped around the freshwater pool with a children's section. The garden area with a large sun terrace is equipped with loungers and parasols.
Reception is open until 10 p.m.

1-bedroom apartment

The spacious, bright, and pleasantly furnished apartments (approx. 55 m²) feature a living room with a kitchen, breakfast bar, and sofa bed (for the 3rd person), a separate bedroom, bathroom/shower/WC, hairdryer, rental safe, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
Also available for single occupancy (A11).

Super Saver Apartment

Identical features to the standard apartments, but in a less preferred location (SSA).
Also available for single occupancy (SAE).

Apartment Best Location

The "Best Location" apartments, upgraded in summer 2025, feature the same amenities as the standard apartments but additionally include a ceiling fan and further comforts. The rooms are centrally located in the middle section of the U-shaped building in a quiet and sunny spot. Some rooms also offer limited sea views (AA2). Also available for single occupancy (AA1).
Available from summer 2026 under "Apartment central location" (AA2/AA1).
