Location

Located in the immediate vicinity of the sea and only 10 minutes from the fishing village of Puerto Vueltas. You can reach the beautiful volcanic sand beach of La Playa by walking along the small coastal road for approx. 400 m. Here you will also find nice restaurants and shops.

The complex opened in 1999 and features 74 apartments, which are grouped around the freshwater pool with a children's pool. The garden area with a large sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
Reception is open until 10 pm.

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The spacious, bright, and comfortably furnished apartments (approx. 55 m²) feature a living room with a kitchen, breakfast bar, and sofa bed (for the 3rd person), a separate bedroom, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, safe (for rent), telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
Also available for single occupancy (A11).

Super Saver Apartment

Identical features to the apartments, but in a non-preferred location (SSA).
Also available for single occupancy (SAE).

Apartment Best Location

schauinsland-reisen-Original:
The "Best Location" apartments, upgraded in summer 2025, offer the same features as the standard apartments but additionally include a ceiling fan and other amenities. The rooms are centrally located in the middle section of the U-shaped building in a quiet and sunny spot. Some rooms also have partial sea views (AA2). Also available for single occupancy (AA1).
Available for booking as "Apartment Central Location" (AA2/AA1) from summer 2026.
