Location

The complex, which consists of the hotels La Palma Princess and Esencia de La Palma (Adults Only/from 16 years) and comprises a total of 625 rooms, is located in Cerca Vieja, in the municipality of Fuencaliente, directly by the sea.
The nearest beach, "La Zamora", is approx. 1.5 km away.
The complex is situated in one of the best climate zones on the island, approx. 50 minutes from the airport and the capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma.
There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
A local bus runs daily to Fuencaliente and the famous Faro lighthouses.

The adults-only area "Esencia de la Palma" (bookable under SPC534) is a section of the La Palma Princess hotel (bookable under SPC533) and features 141 rooms and a bar ("Coral").
In the outdoor area, there are 4 pools (one of which is heated).
All facilities of the La Palma Princess hotel can be used.
The facilities at the La Palma Princess hotel include a reception, the main restaurant (Foodmarket), lounges, an entertainment hall (Jaleo Disco), the restaurants "La Vita" and "La Tasca" (open seasonally and depending on occupancy, for a fee), a piano bar, a small supermarket, and a souvenir shop.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The beautiful complex features 7 pools (with a water surface area of 5,200 m²).
One of the pools is set in artificial sand with parasols and sun loungers, just like on a beach.
Another is a children's pool located directly by the miniclub. In winter, one large pool can be heated (up to 26 degrees).
The use of sun loungers and pergolas is free of charge.
Distributed between the various pools are 2 pool bars (open seasonally).
Furthermore, the "El Mirador" restaurant (buffet/included only with AI) is part of the facilities.

Double room

The approx. 22m² tastefully renovated rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar (empty), safe (free of charge), satellite TV with flatscreen, coffee and tea-making facilities, 24-hour room service (for a fee), and a sofa bed for the 3rd person.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, separate bathtub, and a hairdryer.
All rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace (D).
Also available to book with partial sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM), as well as for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Meals

Half board or full board

Half board consists of a full breakfast and dinner buffet (no drinks included).
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the main restaurant or the "Origen" restaurant. Late-riser breakfast is available in the pool restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea.
Show cooking daily and themed buffets 3x per week.
For full board, a rich lunch buffet is available in the main restaurant (drinks not included).
All restaurants are non-smoking restaurants.

Meals are served in the hotel's main restaurant (buffet).
Breakfast and dinner in the Origen restaurant (open depending on the season and occupancy, for adults only).
Locations and opening times may vary during the season.
Breakfast buffet from 7:30-10:00, late-riser breakfast from 09:00-10:30 (Mirador), lunch buffet from 13:00-15:00, snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, bread rolls, and sandwiches with cheese and ham) from 12:00-17:00 at the Mirador restaurant. Cake and sweets from 17:00-18:00.
Drinks such as house wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and juices (non-branded alcoholic beverages and bottled cocktails) are included with meals.
A special All-Inclusive drinks menu applies in the following bars: Piano Bar La Palma 10:00-23:00, Salon Discotheque Jaleo 20:00-23:00, Coral (seasonally variable, 11:00-18:00).
The other bars and restaurants in the La Palma Princess are included for you.
For these, the prices listed on the menu apply.
Please follow the stated rules so that your All-Inclusive status is not revoked (by removal of the wristband by hotel management).
* The identification wristbands for All-Inclusive guests are attached by reception staff upon arrival.
* Torn wristbands must be handed in at reception for replacement.
* Upon departure, room keys and the wristband must be returned to reception by 12:00.

Arrival by car

When booking with a rental car:
After picking up your car at the airport, keep right and drive towards Mazo/Fuencaliente/Los Canarios, which you will reach after approx. 23 km.
Follow the signs to turn left to Vulkano/Hotel Teneguia/La Palma Princess down towards the coast.
You will pass the San Antonio volcano and later pass through the small village of Las Indias.
Continue following the main road down until you reach a sharp left turn at the bottom.
Follow this, and after approx. 100 m you will see the hotel complex on the right side.
Take the third exit at the roundabout, follow the road down, and you will find the hotel entrance area there.
