Location

The complex, consisting of the hotels La Palma Princess and Esencia de La Palma (Adults Only/ages 16+), with a total of 625 rooms, is located in Cerca Vieja, municipality of Fuencaliente, directly on the sea.
The nearest beach "La Zamora" is approx. 1.5 km away.
The complex is situated in one of the island's best climate zones, approx. 50 minutes from the airport and the capital Santa Cruz de La Palma.
Bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
A local bus runs daily to Fuencaliente and to the well-known Faro lighthouses.

The Adults Only area "Esencia de la Palma" (bookable under SPC534) is part of the La Palma Princess hotel (bookable under SPC533) and features 141 rooms and a bar ("Coral").
The outdoor area includes 4 pools (one of which is heated).
All facilities of the La Palma Princess hotel can be used.
The facilities of the La Palma Princess hotel include a reception, the main restaurant (Foodmarket), lounges, animation hall (Jaleo Disco), the restaurants "La Vita" and "La Tasca" are open seasonally and depending on occupancy (for a fee), Piano Bar, a small supermarket, and a souvenir shop.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The beautiful complex boasts 7 swimming pools (with a water surface of 5,200 m²).
One of the pools is set in artificial sand with parasols and loungers, just like a beach.
Another is a children's pool right by the kids' club. In winter, a large pool can be heated (up to 26 degrees).
The use of sun loungers and pergolas is free of charge.
Distributed among the various pools are 2 pool bars (open seasonally).
Furthermore, the restaurant "El Mirador" (Buffet/Only included with AI) is part of the facilities.

Accommodation

Double room

The approximately 22m² tastefully renovated rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar (empty), safe (free of charge), flat-screen satellite TV, coffee and tea making facilities, 24-hour room service (for a fee), and a sofa bed for the 3rd person.
The bathroom includes a shower with a separate bathtub and a hairdryer.
All rooms have a furnished balcony or terrace (D).
Available as options are rooms with partial sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM), as well as for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Meals

Half or Full Board

Half board includes a complete breakfast and dinner buffet (drinks not included).
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the main restaurant or in the "Origen" restaurant. A late riser's breakfast is available at the pool restaurant with a magnificent sea view.
Show cooking daily and themed buffets 3 times a week.
Full board includes a rich lunch buffet in the main restaurant (drinks not included).
All restaurants are non-smoking.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive (A)

Meals are served in the hotel's main restaurant (buffet).
Breakfast and dinner are served in the Origen restaurant (open depending on season and occupancy, adults only).
Locations and opening hours may vary during the season.
Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, late riser's breakfast from 9 AM to 10:30 AM (Mirador), lunch buffet from 1 PM to 3 PM, snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls, and sandwiches with cheese and ham) from 12 PM to 5 PM at the Mirador restaurant. From 5 PM to 6 PM, cake and pastries are available.
Drinks such as house wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and juices (unbranded alcoholic drinks and pre-mixed cocktails) are included with meals.
A special All-Inclusive drinks menu is available at the following bars: Piano Bar La Palma 10 AM - 11 PM, Salon Disco Jaleo 8 PM - 11 PM, Coral (seasonal variations 11 AM - 6 PM).
The other bars and restaurants in La Palma Princess are included.
For these, you will be charged the prices listed on the menu.
Please follow the rules listed so that your All-Inclusive status is not revoked (by removal of the bracelet by hotel management).
* Bracelets for identifying All-Inclusive guests are put on by reception staff upon arrival.
* Broken bracelets must be returned to reception for exchange.
* Upon departure, room keys and bracelets must be returned to reception by 12 PM.
