The well-maintained and family-friendly complex features a reception, mini-market (located next to the hotel), lift, cafeteria, bar, and the "Bamboo" non-smoking restaurant with a large, partially covered outdoor terrace. The outdoor area includes two freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (the main pool and children's pool can be heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols included, and a pool/snack bar. There is a chill-out zone on the 4th floor (adults only) with sun loungers, a large whirlpool, and the "Sunset Bar Guacamayo" (opening times depend on occupancy and weather).
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Pool or beach towels are available for a fee and a deposit.
