The well-kept and family-friendly complex features a reception, mini-market (located next to the hotel), elevator, cafeteria, bar, and the non-smoking "Bamboo" restaurant with a large, partially covered outdoor terrace. The outdoor area includes two freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (main pool and children's pool can be heated in winter), sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols included, and a pool/snack bar. Chill-out zone on the 4th floor (adults only) with sun loungers, a large whirlpool, and the "Sunset Bar Guacamayo" (opening depends on occupancy and weather).
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Pool or beach towels are available for a fee and a deposit.
