Location

The apartment complex is located in the La Paz district near the Botanical Garden. The town center and the "Lago Martianez" saltwater swimming pools are approximately 1 km away. There are shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafés in the surrounding area. Due to the complex's location, guests enjoy a wonderful view of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.

Facilities

Friendly complex featuring studios and apartments with a large subtropical garden area with a heated swimming pool and children's pool (both can be heated in winter) and a large lawn area including sun loungers and parasols. Pool towels (for a deposit), 24-hour reception, elevators, buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and a snack bar/cafeteria.
