Location

The apartment complex is located in the La Paz district, near the Botanical Garden. The center and the "Lago Martianez" seawater pools are about 1 km away. In the surrounding area, you will find shops, restaurants, and cafes. The complex's location offers a wonderful view of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.

Facilities

Friendly complex with studios and apartments set in a large subtropical garden with a heated swimming pool and children's pool (both heated in winter) and a large sunbathing lawn with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels (deposit required), 24-hour reception, elevators, buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, snack bar/cafeteria. Wi-Fi (included) in the rooms and entrance area, and an internet corner (for a fee).

The studios are approximately 35m² in size and feature a living/sleeping area, bathroom/WC with hairdryer, telephone, rental safe, satellite TV, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (S12).
