The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is approx. 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work of artist Cesar Manrique, is about a 2-minute walk (approx. 150m) away. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
You can reach the world-famous Loro Parque after an approx. 10-minute walk.

The extensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms across 5 floors, which can be reached via 6 elevators. Furthermore, the building has a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where a terrace with an impressive view of the city and coast is located. The hotel's facilities also include a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel features a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sun loungers and parasols included), a heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (for a deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, as well as an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee).
