Location

The renovated Alua Tenerife hotel is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is approx. 1 km away and it is about a 2-minute walk (approx. 150m) to the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by the artist Cesar Manrique. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
You can reach the world-famous Loro Parque in about a 10-minute walk.

Facilities

The extensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms on 5 floors, accessible via 6 elevators. In addition, the building has a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where there is a terrace with an impressive view over the city and the coast. The hotel facilities also include a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel has a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sunbeds and parasols included), a heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (for a deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, as well as an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee).
