Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
Measuring approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some are equipped with separate beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high level of comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins on the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes, offering a beautiful sea view. Measuring approx. 20 m², these ocean-view cabins accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins on the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. Your own balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and accommodate 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from around the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the “Pummid’Oro” pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the “Tutti a Tavola” family restaurant, and the “Laboratorio del Gusto,” where you can prepare selected dishes yourself (partly for a fee and by reservation). Mealtimes in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offerings are complemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. While the youngest guests can let off steam at the Mini-Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi-Club (7–11 years) offers a diverse entertainment and activity program.

Location

The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The city center is approx. 1 km away, and it is a 2-minute walk (approx. 150m) to the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a creation of artist Cesar Manrique. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
You can reach the world-famous Loro Parque in about 10 minutes on foot.
