The hotel is situated in a quiet location off the coastal road, directly on the hotel's own natural sandy beach.
The center of Ayia Napa, with various shopping and entertainment options, is located approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The extensive village-style complex with 341 rooms consists of several bungalows, the multi-story Residence rooms (some of which overlook the bungalow complex to the sea), and the main building. This building houses the reception, lobby bar, Grab&Go cafeteria, "Buffet@Mare" restaurant, "Mandoline Med" bistro, Asian restaurant "Makisu", Meat@Rotonda, and the Don Pepe Steakhouse (adults-only). Furthermore, there is a mini-market, BBQ and "Dante's Italian Restaurant", a snack bar, a water park, a spacious pool complex, and a freshwater pool landscape with a children's pool on the grounds. Bath towels, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas are included at the pool and on the beach.

Double room side sea view

These double rooms are located in the Residence area and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, combined living/sleeping room with sofa bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, music system, coffee/tea station, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace with side sea view (Residence, DMS/DIS).
(Additionally bookable under LCAA05 as double room type A land view, but without side sea view and instead with a view of the landscape (DAB)).

Double room sharing pool

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature pool view and direct access to the sharing pool (Residence, SH2).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Use of this area therefore requires special attention towards children as well as prudent behavior.

Family room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious with an optical partition/sliding door, two separate single beds, and feature garden view (Residence, DF2).
Optionally bookable with side sea view (Residence, FY2).

Family room sharing pool

With the same facilities as the family rooms, these feature pool view and direct access to the sharing pool (Residence, F2H).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk potential for small children.

Suite

Located in the bungalow area with the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature a separate living/sleeping room and a sofa bed for a 3rd and 4th person (Bungalow area, S2).

With the same facilities as the suites, these feature direct access to the sharing pool (Bungalow area, SSH).
Optionally also bookable with 2 bedrooms and access to the sharing pool (Bungalow area, 2Z2).

Suite sea view

Located in the bungalow area with the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living/sleeping area and sea view (Bungalow area, S2M).
Guests of these rooms receive VIP service in the form of access to the VIP pool with cold face towels, reserved sun loungers, and fresh fruit.

Family suite type A (LCAA05)

These are also located in the bungalows and feature bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, flip flops for the pool, TV, safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a separate bedroom, a living area with sofa bed, and a terrace with access to the pool (ASF).

Junior suite (LCAA05)

The junior suites (approx. 32-36m²) are located in the bungalow area. The general facilities are similar to those of the family suites type A, but the junior suites feature a separate, visually divided sleeping area with two single beds (JS2).
Also bookable as junior suite swim-up with direct access to the pool (SUJ).

Suite sea view (LCAA05)

The suite sea view (approx. 42-56m²) is similar in facilities to the junior suites, but offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with direct sea view (S2M).

Double room premium swim up (LCAA05)

The double rooms premium swim up are similar in size and facilities to the suites sea view, but feature pool view and have a terrace with pool access (RU2).

Breakfast buffet and, when booking half board, choice of lunch or dinner in buffet form (seasonal).
When booking half board, 1x dinner in one of the following à-la-carte restaurants is included: "Mandoline Med" Bistro, "BBQ House", "Dante's Italian Restaurant", "Don Pepe" (adults only), and "The Burger Club" (reservation required for each).
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals available upon request (coordination with the reception).
Appropriate clothing is requested for all meals (smart casual, long trousers for men, no swimwear).
