Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area off the coastal road, directly on the hotel's own natural sandy beach. The center of Ayia Napa with various shopping and entertainment options is approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Larnaca Airport is approx. 59 km away.

The extensive village-style complex with 341 rooms consists of several bungalows, multi-story residence rooms (some overlooking the bungalow complex to the sea) and the main building. The latter houses the reception, lobby bar, Grab&Go cafeteria, "Buffet@Mare" restaurant, "Mandoline Med" bistro, "Makisu" Asian restaurant, Meat@Rotonda, and the Don Pepe Steakhouse (adults-only). The grounds also include a mini-market, BBQ and "Dante's Italian Restaurant", a snack bar, a water park, a spacious pool area, and a freshwater pool landscape with a children's pool. Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double room with side sea view

The rooms are located in the Residence area and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, combined living/sleeping area with sofa bed, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, music system, coffee/tea station, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace with side sea view (Residence, DMS).

Double room sharing pool

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer pool view and direct access to the sharing pool (Residence, SH2).
The sharing pool is not supervised. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious with a visual separation/sliding door, 2 separate single beds, and garden view (Residence, DF2).

Family room sharing pool

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these rooms offer pool view and direct access to the sharing pool (Residence, F2H).
The sharing pool is not supervised. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

Suite

Located in the bungalow area, these suites have the same amenities as the double rooms, a separate living/sleeping room, and a sofa bed for a 3rd and 4th person (Bungalow area, S2).

Suite sharing pool

With the same amenities as the suites, these rooms offer direct access to the sharing pool (Bungalow area, SSH).
Optionally bookable with 2 bedrooms and access to the sharing pool (Bungalow area, 2Z2).
The sharing pool is not supervised. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

Bungalow 2 bedrooms

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and additionally 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and twin beds, bath or shower/WC, bathrobes, and slippers. They are located in the bungalow area with a terrace (B22).

Bungalow (LCAA05)

These are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea station, and are located in the bungalow area (BU).
Available as Swim up at an extra charge (B2A).

Family bungalow (LCAA05)

These are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, tea/coffee station, and are located in the bungalow area. The family bungalows have a double bed and two single beds, visually separated by a sliding door (FB2).

Family suite type A (LCAA05)

These are also located in the bungalows and have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, flip-flops for the pool, TV, safe, air conditioning (individually controlled), a separate bedroom, and a living area with sleeping possibilities and a terrace with pool access (ASF).

Family Swim Up Room (LCAA05)

These rooms are located in the bungalow area and have a bath or shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, flip-flops, Wi-Fi, TV, safe, air conditioning (individually controlled), telephone, a sleeping area separated by a sliding door, and a terrace with pool access (FSU).

Junior Suite (LCAA05)

The Junior Suites (approx. 32-36m²) are located in the bungalow area and are approx. 32-36m² in size. The general amenities are similar to those of the Family Suites Type A, but the Junior Suites have a separate, visually divided sleeping area with two single beds (JS2).
Also available as a Junior Suite Swim-Up with direct pool access (SUJ).

Sea view Suite (LCAA05)

The Sea View Suite (approx. 42-56m²) is similar in amenities to the Junior Suites, but offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with direct sea view (S2M).

Half Board / All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast and, with half board booking, optional lunch or dinner buffet (depending on season).
With half board booking, 1 dinner is included at one of the following à la carte restaurants: "Mandoline Med" Bistro, "BBQ House", "Dante's Italian Restaurant", "Don Pepe" (adults only), and "The Burger Club" (reservations required for all).
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals available on request (please arrange with reception).
