Location

The award-winning, modern and naturally designed 5-star Azia Resort & Spa is located directly by the sea, approx. 180 m from a natural beach. It faces west and boasts some of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. As part of its commitment to sustainability, the eco-friendly hotel has its own plantations with 15,000 trees that provide fresh products daily, large-scale solar panels, and an interior made of natural and recycled materials.
The hotel is located approx. 6 km from Coral Bay and Paphos. A bus stop is located opposite the hotel.
The distance to Paphos Airport is approx. 21 km, and to Larnaca Airport approx. 138 km.

Facilities

The luxurious hotel complex with 305 rooms features an elegant lobby with an atrium surrounded by numerous plants, seating areas, a stage area, a souvenir shop, an indoor pool with a waterfall, an amphitheater, and an on-site chapel. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
For culinary enjoyment, there is a main restaurant and five other restaurants with various à-la-carte concepts, two pool bars, the "Cava Bar" (open daily from 10:00 AM to midnight; adults only from 9:00 PM), two lounges serving drinks and snacks, the "Azia to go" snack bar, and the stage area.
In the outdoor area, there is a large, lagoon-style swimming pool facing the sea, with a separate children's pool and a swim-up bar.
In the adults-only area (rooms available for ages 16 and up), there is a separate pool with different levels and hydromassage loungers.
Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pools; guests can also obtain bath towels free of charge at the spa area.

Double room

The double rooms are furnished with high-quality furniture and feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, heating/air conditioning (seasonal), safe, telephone, 32" LCD satellite TV, radio, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station, and a large furnished balcony or terrace. The rooms have mountain views (D).
Optionally bookable with direct sea views (DM/DMI//DEM).

Superior double room

These feature the same equipment as the double rooms and are located on the upper floors with mountain views (DSU).

Deluxe Superior double room with sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious, offer sea views, and have sun loungers/parasols on the balcony (2DQ).
(Additionally bookable under PFOA29 using code "UD2").

Junior suite with sea view

Consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a double bed and a seating area with a sofa bed. They feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, heating/air conditioning (seasonal), safe, telephone, 32" LCD satellite TV, radio, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station, and a terrace with sun loungers/parasols with access to a private garden area, as well as sea views (J2M).

Junior suite with sea view and outdoor whirlpool

Feature the same amenities as the junior suite with sea view, but without terrace and garden area, instead offering a whirlpool and sun loungers/parasols on the balcony (JJ2).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Premium double room

These rooms are located in the "Premium" wing of the hotel, feature more modern and luxurious furnishings, and offer the same amenities as the double rooms. Additionally, they include an espresso machine (two capsules included upon arrival), and the minibar is restocked daily with locally bottled water, orange juice, and beer (PDZ).
Optionally bookable for single occupancy (PEZ).

These rooms are located in the "Premium" wing of the hotel, feature more modern and luxurious furnishings, and offer the same amenities as the double rooms. They additionally feature a seating area with a sofa and a larger balcony; the bathroom includes an additional sink and a separate shower. Premium double room adults only

Family suite with garden view

The family suites with garden view are located in the family area on the ground floor and feature a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed; the bathroom is located between the two rooms (2FS, bookable under PFOA29).

Family suite with sea view

The family suite with sea view is similar in equipment to the family suite with garden view and additionally features sun loungers and parasols on the terrace (2FM, bookable under PFOA29).

The premium junior suites are located on the top floor of the "Premium" wing and feature a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a large balcony with sun loungers/parasols, and direct sea views (J2B, bookable under PFOA29).
