The award-winning, modern and naturally designed 5 Stars Azia Resort & Spa is located directly by the sea, approx. 180 m from the natural beach, faces west and boasts one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. As part of its sustainability efforts, the eco-friendly hotel has its own plantations with 15,000 trees that provide fresh products daily, large-scale solar panels, and the interior is made of natural and recycled materials.
The hotel is located approx. 6 km from Coral Bay and Paphos. A bus stop is located opposite the hotel.
The distance to Paphos Airport is approx. 21 km, and to Larnaca Airport approx. 138 km.

Facilities

The luxurious hotel complex with 305 rooms features an elegant lobby with an atrium surrounded by numerous plants, seating areas, a stage area, a souvenir shop, an indoor pool with a waterfall, an amphitheatre, and an on-site chapel. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
For dining, there is a main restaurant and five additional restaurants with various à-la-carte concepts, two pool bars, the "Cava Bar" (open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight; accessible to adults only from 9 p.m.), two lounges serving drinks and snacks, and the "Azia to go" snack bar.
In the outdoor area, there is a large lagoon-style swimming pool facing the sea with a separate children's pool and a swim-up pool bar.
In the adults-only area (rooms bookable from age 16), there is a separate pool with various levels and hydromassage loungers.
Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pools; bath towels are also available for guests at the spa area free of charge.

The double rooms are furnished with high-quality furniture and feature a bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, heating/air conditioning (seasonal), safe, telephone, 32" LCD satellite TV, radio, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station, and a large furnished balcony or terrace. The rooms have mountain views (D).
Optionally bookable with direct sea view (DM/DMI/DEM).

Double room Superior

These have the same features as the double rooms and are located on the upper floors with mountain views (DSU).

Double room Deluxe Superior Sea View

These are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, with sea views and sun loungers/parasol on the balcony (2DQ).

Junior suite Sea View

These consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a double bed and a seating area with a sofa bed. They feature a bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, heating/air conditioning (seasonal), safe, telephone, 32" LCD satellite TV, radio, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station, and a terrace with sun loungers/parasol, access to a private garden area, and sea view (J2M).

Junior suite Sea View Outdoor Whirlpool

These have the same features as the Junior suite Sea View, but without a terrace and garden area; instead, they feature a whirlpool and sun loungers/parasol on the balcony (JJ2).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, at Schauinsland-Reisen, for safety reasons, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children booking these room types.

Double room Premium

These rooms are located in the "Premium" wing of the hotel, are furnished in a more modern and luxurious style, and have the same features as the double rooms. Additionally, they include an espresso machine (two capsules included upon arrival), and the minibar is restocked daily with locally bottled water, orange juice, and beer (PDZ).
Optionally bookable for single occupancy (PEZ).
Guests in these rooms have access to the Premium Lounge (see hotel service).

Family junior suite Premium

These rooms are located in the "Premium" wing of the hotel, are furnished in a more modern and luxurious style, and have the same features as the double rooms. They additionally feature a seating area with a sofa and a larger balcony; the bathroom has an extra sink and a separate shower. Furthermore, there is an espresso machine (two capsules included upon arrival), and the minibar is restocked daily with locally bottled water, orange juice, and beer (P2F).

Double room Premium Adults only

These have the same features as the Double room Premium, but are located in the "Adults only" area and are therefore exclusively bookable for guests aged 16 and over (PAO).

The family suites with garden view are located in the family area on the ground floor and feature a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed; the bathroom is located between the two rooms (2FS, bookable under PFOA29).

Family suite Sea View

The Family suite Sea View is similar in its facilities to the Family suite Garden View, but is somewhat smaller (2FM, bookable under PFOA29).

Premium Junior suite Sea View

The Premium Junior suites are located on the top floor of the "Premium" wing and feature a large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, a large balcony with sun loungers/parasol, and direct sea views (J2B, bookable under PFOA29).
