Location

The modern Anemi Hotel & Suites is centrally located in the Kato Paphos area. The Blue Flag awarded sandy beach (partially pebbled; swimming shoes are recommended) is accessible within approx. 300 m.
Numerous shops, restaurants, and historical sights are in the vicinity. The large pedestrian zone with further shopping and entertainment options can be reached after a 5-10 minute walk.
Paphos airport is approx. 23 km away, Larnaca airport is approx. 120 km away.

Facilities

The family-run complex consists of 112 rooms distributed across 3 floors in the main building (Block A) as well as an additional building with 40 premium suites with their own reception (Block B). Amenities in the main building include a lobby with reception, rental safes, internet corner (free of charge), and 2 elevators. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex.
Dining options include the Elia main restaurant, the Nema à-la-carte restaurant serving Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, the Kipos Café on the rooftop terrace, and the Serene cocktail lounge.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace and a shaded lounge with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and at an additional charge on the beach. Pool towels are also provided free of charge.

Deluxe Studio

The Deluxe Studios offer modern furnishings with a combined living/sleeping area, walk-in rain shower/WC with high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating, telephone, safe, flatscreen satellite TV, USB charging ports, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station (stocked upon arrival), as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, stove, microwave, utensils) and a balcony or terrace (DX2).

Deluxe Suite 1 Bedroom

With otherwise identical features to the Deluxe Studios, these are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony or terrace (S2D).

Double Room Premium

The Premium double rooms offer a king-size bed or two single beds, walk-in shower/WC with toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, smart satellite TV, USB charging port, minibar, coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, spacious closets, and a furnished balcony (PDZ).
Optionally bookable for single use (PEZ).

Executive Junior Suite

The Executive Suites are spacious, have a luxurious touch, and feature a large terrace as well as a king-size bed with high-quality linens. Further equipment and amenities are identical to the Deluxe Studios, however, they do not have a kitchenette (JS2).
