Location

The modern Anemi Hotel & Suites is centrally located in the Kato Paphos area. The Blue Flag awarded sandy beach (partially interspersed with rocks; bathing shoes are recommended) can be reached in approx. 300 m.
Numerous shops, restaurants, and historical sights are in the immediate vicinity. The large pedestrian zone with further shopping and entertainment options can be reached within a 5-10 minute walk.
Paphos Airport is approx. 23 km away, and Larnaca Airport is approx. 120 km away.

Facilities

The family-run complex has a total of 112 rooms, which are spread over 3 floors in the main building (Block B), as well as an additional building with 40 premium suites with its own reception (Block A). Amenities in the main building include a reception area with a front desk and elevator, a wellness center with a fitness room, and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex.
Dining options include the Elia main restaurant, the à-la-carte restaurant Nema serving Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, the Kipos Café on the roof terrace, and the Serene cocktail lounge.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace and a shaded lounge with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are also provided free of charge.

Deluxe Studio

The Deluxe Studios offer modern amenities with a combined living/bedroom, walk-in rainfall shower/WC with high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating, telephone, safe, flatscreen satellite TV, USB charging ports, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station (replenished upon arrival), as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, stovetops, microwave, utensils) and balcony or terrace (DX2).
Also available for single occupancy (DX1).

Deluxe Suite 1 Bedroom

With otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Studios, these are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony or terrace (S2D).

Double Room Premium

The Premium double rooms offer a king-size or two single beds, walk-in shower/WC with toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, smart satellite TV, USB charging port, coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, spacious closets, and a furnished balcony (PDZ).
Also available for single occupancy (PEZ).

Executive Junior Suite

The Executive Suites are spacious, have a luxurious touch, and feature a large terrace as well as a king-size bed with high-quality bed linen. Further furnishings and amenities are identical to the Premium double rooms, but they do not have a kitchenette (JS2).
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).
