The holiday property is separated from the sandy/shingle beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. The lively center of Alanya, with many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 3 km away; public transport is available. Gazipasa Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The hotel has 320 rooms spread over seven floors. The interior area includes a lobby with comfortable seating and a lobby bar, where Wi-Fi is included (also in the rooms), a reception, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), a cinema, a patisserie, and a nightclub. Conference rooms, a game hall, a hairdresser, a mini-market, several shops, and an internet corner are available for a fee. A spa center rounds out the interior facilities. Outdoors, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (hourly), and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and sunshades are available free of charge at the beach, on the pier, and by the pool.

Double room

The elegantly furnished rooms consist of one bedroom and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, ceramic flooring, and a balcony (Summer D/Winter CB2). Double room for single use (Summer DE/Winter CB1).

Double room without balcony

These rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms but no balcony and are in a slightly less desirable location (Summer DO/Winter CL2). Double room for single use (Summer DEO/Winter CL1).

Family room

Similar to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and feature a bunk bed for children, which is visually separated by a partition (Summer DF2/Winter 2FA).

Family suite

With the same features as the double rooms, the family suites offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, a bathroom, and an LCD satellite TV in each room (Summer 2FS/Winter 2FI). For Summer 26, a family suite with sea view can be booked for an extra charge (2FM).

Run of the House room (AYTB32)

Generally correspond to the lowest room category. Location, size, and facilities may differ from the standard double rooms; these can be located in the main or annex buildings. Requests regarding facilities and location cannot be accommodated. The allocation of rooms is entirely at the discretion of the hotel management on-site.
This applies to double rooms, single rooms, and family rooms (one bedroom with an additional bunk bed).

Suite Deluxe (AYTB32)

The suites feature a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, two bedrooms, satellite TV, telephone, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (possibly for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and sea view (SD2).
