Location

The modern family hotel is located in the up-and-coming resort area of Colakli. It is situated directly on the long, gently sloping, private sandy beach, separated only by the popular beach promenade. The distance to the ancient city of Side is approx. 8 km, and to the provincial capital Manavgat it is about 13 km.

Summer:
The modern hotel of the popular "Alba" chain has a total of 324 rooms on five floors. Facilities include a spacious reception area with a reception desk, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby bar. Furthermore, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one visit per week to one of the two included with prior reservation and subject to availability), several bars, a disco, a kiosk (for a fee), an indoor pool (heated seasonally) and whirlpool, as well as a modern spa and wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The well-maintained garden area features an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool complex with four water slides (hourly and weather permitting) and a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers (with integrated cushions), beach towels (changed once daily), and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach (with beach bar/weather permitting).
Winter:
The following additional services and restrictions apply in winter:
- The indoor pool and whirlpool are heated depending on the weather.
- Snacks are available for a limited time in the afternoon.
- There is no ice cream hour.
- Babysitting is not available.
- Soft animation is offered as entertainment.
- Only one bar is open until midnight.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are comfortably furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), LCD satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operated seasonally and hourly), kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with side sea view or sea view can be booked at an additional charge (balcony only) (DMS/DM). From Winter 25/26, a double room with side sea view on the upper floors can be booked (DOS). Double room for single use is only possible for landside and side sea view (DE/DES). From Winter 25/26, double room for single use can also be booked with sea view (DEM).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the standard double rooms, some with bath/WC, and are located in less favorable positions and without a balcony (for Summer 25 SOZ). From Winter 25/26, they can be booked with a balcony (SSZ).

Superior Double Room

While otherwise having the same amenities as the standard double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and offer a balcony or terrace (DSU). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMU/from Winter 25/26 D2S). From Winter 25/26, also available as a double room for single use (DSE/1SD/DME).

Large Double Room

These rooms, with the same amenities as the standard double rooms, feature an additional bunk bed for children and a balcony or terrace (D2X/from Summer 26 DE2). (Also bookable under AYTC18 as Large Double Room Type B (GDB).)

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom, and an LCD satellite TV each. They have a terrace or balcony (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room Type B

With amenities similar to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with separate entrances, a connecting door, two bathrooms, two air conditioning units, two minibars, and two TVs, as well as two balconies or terraces (2FB). (Also bookable under AYTC18 as Family Room Type I (DFI).)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at specific times and at one bar 24 hours a day, as well as some imported beverages. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
