Location

This modern family hotel is located in the up-and-coming holiday area of Colakli. It is situated directly on the long, gently sloping, private sandy beach, separated only by the popular beach promenade. The distance to the ancient city of Side is approx. 8 km, and it is about 13 km to the provincial capital of Manavgat.

Summer:
The modern hotel, part of the popular "Alba" chain, has a total of 324 rooms spread over five floors. Various facilities include a spacious lobby area with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Furthermore, there is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (one of the two is included once per week upon reservation and subject to availability), several bars, a disco, a kiosk (for a fee), an indoor pool (heated seasonally), and a whirlpool, as well as a modern spa and wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms. In the well-maintained garden area, in addition to the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there is a freshwater swimming pool complex with four water slides (open by the hour, weather permitting) and a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers (with integrated pads), bath towels (changed once per day), and sun umbrellas are available for our guests free of charge at the pool and the beach (with beach bar/weather permitting).
Winter:
The following additional services and restrictions apply in winter:
- The indoor pool and whirlpool are heated weather-dependently
- Snacks in the afternoon (by the hour)
- There is no ice cream hour
- Babysitting is not available
- Soft entertainment is offered
- Only one bar remains open until 12 midnight

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms are comfortably equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, rental safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and operated by the hour), kettle with coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with side sea view or sea view can be booked for an additional charge (only with balcony) (DMS/DM). From winter 25/26, a double room with side sea view on the upper floors can be booked (DOS). Double room = Single room occupancy only possible for land side and side sea view (DE/DES). From winter 25/26, double room = Single room occupancy also bookable with sea view (DEM).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms, partially with bath/WC, and located in a less preferred position with balcony (SSZ).

Double room Superior

With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and offer a balcony or terrace (DSU). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMU/from winter 25/26 D2S). From winter 25/26 also bookable as double room = single occupancy (DSE/1SD/DME).

Large double room

These feature the same equipment elements as the double rooms, plus an additional bunk bed for the children, and a balcony or terrace (D2X/from Su26 DE2).
(Additionally bookable under AYTC18 as Large double room Type B (GDB).)

Family room

Consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom, and one LCD satellite TV each, with similar equipment features as the double rooms. They have a terrace or a balcony (DF2).

Deluxe family room Type B

Consist of two rooms with separate entrances, a connecting door, two bathrooms, two air conditioning units, two minibars, two TVs, and two balconies or terraces, with similar equipment features as the double rooms (2FB).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at certain times as well as at one bar 24 hours a day. Includes some imported drinks. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
