The holiday hotel is located approx. 700 m from the sandy beach of Çolaklı, with a regular shuttle service to the beach. The complex is approx. 12 km from the town of Side with its many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has a total of 322 rooms spread across two four-story buildings and one two-story building. The various amenities of the holiday domicile include the reception area with a front desk, lobby bar, elevators, the lovely buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, various bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, an indoor pool (available in the low season, weather-dependent), and a wellness center. In the beautiful, well-maintained garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a children's pool, an aqua park with three water slides for adults and three water slides for children, as well as a pool and snack bar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar, sun loungers with integrated pads, parasols, and bath towels are included for our guests. Wi-Fi is included in the general areas and in the rooms.

Double room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms (approx. 24 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (centralized and weather-dependent), tile or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms for 1+1 are available in limited numbers and at more favorable rates (DEA/DEB). Also bookable as pool view rooms (PD) or with side sea view (DY2); in summer '26, they are bookable facing the sea (DY2). DR=SR bookable for single use (DE/PDE/DY1).
For summer '27, double rooms with pool view (DPI) or side sea view (DYI) are available in limited numbers at more favorable rates.
For summer '27, double rooms with land view for families with children are available in limited numbers at more favorable rates (DB).

Double room Swim Up

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the communal pool via a private terrace integrated into the pool. Chairs, a table, and sun loungers are placed slightly in the shallow water (SWD). Also bookable as DR=SR for single use (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
For summer '27, the SwimUp rooms are available in limited numbers at more favorable rates under (A2Q).

Family room

The approx. 50 m² family rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with two bedrooms connected by a door as well as two bathrooms. One bedroom is located in the interior and has no window and no balcony. A tea/coffee set is provided (DF2).

Super Saver room without balcony

The rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location and without a balcony (SOZ). Rooms with a balcony are available in limited numbers (DI).

Comfort Double room (Su'26)

These standard rooms are exclusively for Schauinsland-Reisen guests and feature a pool view. Additionally, a one-time free breakfast in the room is included (2CD).

Superior room (Su'26)

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people (DSU).

Terrace room (Su'26) Deluxe room (Su'27)

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and feature a terrace with sun loungers and sun protection
(Su'26 DT2/Su'27 DD2).

Family room Type A

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these rooms have only one bathroom/WC (2FA).

Double room Deluxe Swim Up

The rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the main pool. Sun loungers are located at the main pool (DWU). DR=SR for single use (WU1).

Double room Special

The rooms are identical to the double rooms, valid for bookings from April 9, 2027, to May 3, 2027, and receive
special privileges (DA).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks (from 18 years of age), are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
