The holiday hotel is located approx. 700 m from the sandy beach of Çolaklı, with a regular shuttle service to the beach. The complex is approx. 12 km from the town of Side, which offers many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus and taxi connections are available in front of the hotel.

The modern hotel complex has a total of 322 rooms, spread across two four-story buildings and one two-story building. The various amenities of the holiday resort include a reception area with a front desk, lobby bar, elevators, a lovely buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, various bars, shops (for a fee), a conference room, and an indoor pool (available during the low season, depending on the weather) as well as a wellness center. In the beautiful, well-maintained garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a children's pool, an aquapark with three water slides for adults and three water slides for children, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included for our guests here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar. Wi-Fi is included in the general areas and in the rooms.

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms (approx. 24 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (central and weather-dependent), tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms for 1+1 are available in limited numbers at more favorable rates (DEA/DEB). Also bookable as a room with pool view (PD) or with side sea view (DY2); in summer 26, bookable towards the sea (DY2). Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy (DE/PDE/DY1).
For summer '27, double rooms with pool view (DPI) or side sea view (DYI) are available in limited numbers at more favorable rates.
For summer '27, double rooms with land view for families with children are available in limited numbers at more favorable rates (DB).

Double Room Swim Up

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the communal pool via a private terrace integrated into the pool. Chairs, a table, and sun loungers are placed slightly in the shallow water (SWD). Also bookable as double for single occupancy (SWE). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children to book these room types for safety reasons.
For summer '27, the Swim Up rooms are available in limited numbers at more favorable rates (A2Q).

Family Room

At approx. 50 m², these family rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms but include two bedrooms with a connecting door and two bathrooms. One bedroom is located in the inner area and does not have a window or a balcony. A tea/coffee set is provided (DF2).

Super Saver Room without balcony

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are in a less preferred location and without a balcony (SOZ). Rooms with a balcony are available in limited numbers (DI).

Comfort Double Room (Sum'26)

These standard rooms are exclusively for Schauinsland-Reisen guests and feature a pool view. Additionally, a one-time breakfast in the room is included free of charge (2CD).

Superior Room (Sum'26)

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and can accommodate beds for up to 4 people (DSU).

Terrace Room (Sum'26) Deluxe Room (Sum'27)

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and feature a terrace with deck chairs and sun protection (Sum'26 DT2/Sum'27 DD2).

Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these rooms only have one bathroom/WC (2FA).

Double Room Deluxe Swim Up

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and have direct access to the main pool. Sun loungers are located at the main pool (DWU). Double for single occupancy (WU1).

Double Room Special

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are valid for bookings from 09.04.27 to 03.05.27 and receive special privileges (DA).

All Inclusive

Modern buffet area in a hotel restaurant with various food stations.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, and coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and some imported drinks (from age 18) are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive
