Location

The comfortable hotel, renovated in Winter 23/24, is separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is approx. 5 km from the historic town center of Side with its many shops. Manavgat is about 10 km away and Antalya Airport is about 58 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The modern hotel complex was built in an Far Eastern style, covers a total area of 50,000 m² and has a total of 564 rooms spread over six floors (nine elevators available). The amenities of the holiday resort include the elegant reception hall with reception, Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (each open alternately, for a service fee and depending on occupancy), several bars, a patisserie, the disco and the spa and wellness center. The hairdresser, various shops, mini-market, conference rooms and the game room with several attractions are available for a fee. In the attractively landscaped garden of the hotel, you will find the spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, pool/snackbar, separate children's pool and the amphitheater for evening events (April 1 - October 31). There is also an aquapark with water slides and further slides for our little guests (open for a few hours and from April 15 - October 31). Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with beach/snackbar, sun loungers and bath towels and umbrellas are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Fewer à la carte restaurants are open (open alternately and for a service fee)
- Sun loungers and bath towels (same-day exchange is subject to a fee) are available free of charge in the indoor pool
- The indoor pool with integrated children's pool and whirlpool is open from November 1 to March 31 and is heated
- Entertainment includes daytime animation with sports games, evening entertainment shows, and occasional live music
- Kids' club is only available indoors
- Beach volleyball, boccia, water sports and all outdoor activities are not offered
- The outdoor area is open between April 1 and October 31, weather permitting

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are modernly and comfortably furnished with Far Eastern style elements and have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, a double and single bed, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and in operation at certain hours), minibar, kettle with coffee & tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, seating area and balcony (D). Rooms with side (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost. DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and a bathroom (DF2). Can be booked with sea view at an additional cost (F2M).

Double Room Superior (AYTA95)

These rooms correspond to the standard double rooms (DSU/DSE). Can be booked with side sea view (D2S/1SD) or sea view (DMU/DME) as desired.

Family Room Type I (AYTA95)

These duplex family rooms offer the parents' bedroom with a shower and toilet on the upper floor. On the lower level, there are 2 single beds and also a shower and toilet (DFI).
Can also be booked with sea view (FMI) at an additional cost. •

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet (with diet corner), late risers' breakfast, snacks at the beach and by the pool during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, and midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks and beer upon arrival and refilled daily. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Some imported drinks, bottled drinks and luxury spirits, drinks in the disco, and freshly squeezed juices.

Sports included

Table tennis, beach volleyball and aerobics, as well as darts, boccia and gymnastics, fitness.

Sports for a fee

Bowling and billiards.

Children's program

Multilingual kids' club for children aged 4 to 12 with hourly supervision, children's buffet in the main restaurant, and a playground. Babysitting is available on request and for a fee.

Wellness

Indoor pool (in winter), fitness center, sauna, and Turkish bath are included. Massages and all facilities and treatments in the wellness center are subject to a fee.
