Location

This comfortable hotel is separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is located approximately 5 km from the historic town center of Side with its many shopping opportunities. Manavgat can be reached after approx. 10 km and Antalya Airport is approx. 58 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The modern hotel complex was built in a Far Eastern style, covers a total area of 50,000 m², and features a total of 568 rooms spread over six floors (nine elevators available). The various amenities of the holiday resort include an elegant lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included throughout the hotel area, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with terrace, diverse à la carte restaurants (each open alternately, for a fee and depending on occupancy), several bars, a patisserie, a nightclub, and a spa and wellness center. The hairdresser, various shops, mini-market, conference rooms, and the game room with several attractions are all available for a fee. In the attractively landscaped garden of the hotel, you will find the spacious swimming pool complex with sun terraces, pool/snack bar, separate children's pool, and an amphitheater for evening events (open 1.4.-31.10.). Additionally, there is an aqua park with eight water slides for adults and five slides for our younger guests (open hourly from 15.4.-31.10.). Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with a beach/snack bar, sun loungers, bath towels, and sun umbrellas are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Fewer à la carte restaurants are open (open alternately and for a service fee)
- Sun loungers and bath towels are available free of charge in the indoor pool (changing towels on the same day incurs a fee)
- The indoor pool with integrated children's pool and whirlpool is open from 1.11.-31.3. and is heated
- Entertainment includes daytime animation with sports games, evening entertainment shows, and occasional live music
- The mini-club is only available indoors
- Beach volleyball, boccia, water sports, and all outdoor activities are not offered
- The outdoor area is open between 1.4.-31.10. depending on weather conditions

Double room

The rooms are furnished in a modern and comfortable style with Far Eastern elements and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double and one single bed, telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, depending on weather and operated hourly), minibar, electric kettle with coffee & tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, seating area, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. Double room = single room for sole use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room

These rooms have similar features to the double rooms and include two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2). Can be booked with a sea view for an additional charge (F2M).

Double room Superior (AYTA95)

These correspond to the double rooms (DSU/DSE). Optionally bookable with side sea view (D2S/1SD) or sea view (DMU/DME).

Family room Type I (AYTA95)

These duplex family rooms offer the parents' bedroom with a shower and toilet on the upper floor. On the lower floor, there are 2 single beds and also a shower and toilet (DFI). Optionally also bookable with a sea view (FMI).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet (with diet corner), late riser breakfast, various snacks at the beach and pool during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is replenished daily. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Some imported drinks, bottled drinks, luxury spirits, and freshly squeezed juices.
