This modern holiday home is separated from the long sandy beach only by the beach promenade. The picturesque center of Side can be reached after approx. 8 km. Public minibus connections are available.

The appealing holiday resort offers a total of 283 rooms distributed over three interconnected five-story hotel buildings. Amenities include a tastefully designed lobby in bright colors with a reception, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar with a terrace. Additionally, there is a Mediterranean-style main restaurant with a terrace, an à-la-carte restaurant (included once per 7-day stay and with prior reservation/subject to availability), further bars, three conference rooms, shops (for a fee), and the appealing wellness center with a beautiful indoor pool (open only in the winter season) and children's pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex and in the rooms. In the outdoor area, alongside the amphitheater for evening entertainment, the heart of the complex is the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and another pool with three water slides (open hourly), sun terraces, as well as the pool bar and beach snack bar. Comfortable sun loungers, sunshades/canopies, and beach towels are included here and at the beach, which features its own beach bar.

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms, also attractively decorated in Mediterranean colors, consist of one room and offer a double or two single beds, central air conditioning (hourly), shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, direct-dial telephone, one double and one single bed, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Partial sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DR=SR for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room

The rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom (three beds in one room, one bed in the second room) with otherwise similar facilities to the double rooms (DF2). Can be booked with a sea view for an extra charge (F2M).

Double room Deluxe

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these feature a direct sea view, a double bed, additional minibar contents including two beers and soft drinks, as well as high-quality toiletries (DDM). DR=SR can be booked for single use (DM1).

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these feature a partial sea view and are designed for an occupancy of max. 2+2 (AMS/SMB) (not bookable in winter).
