This modern holiday retreat is separated from the long sandy beach only by the beach promenade. The picturesque center of Side can be reached after approx. 8 km. Public minibus connections are available.

The appealing holiday resort offers a total of 283 rooms, distributed across three interconnected five-story hotel buildings. Amenities include a tastefully designed lobby in light colors with a reception, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar with a terrace. Furthermore, there is a main restaurant in Mediterranean style with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (once per 7 days of stay and with prior reservation/subject to availability included), additional bars, three conference rooms, shops (for a fee), and the appealing wellness center with a beautiful indoor pool (open only during the winter season) and children's pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex and in the rooms. In the outdoor area, alongside the amphitheater for evening events, the centerpiece is the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with three water slides (hourly), sun terraces, a pool bar, and a beach snack bar. Comfortable loungers, sunshades/canopies, and pool towels are included here and at the beach with its own beach bar.

Double Room

Also attractively decorated in Mediterranean colors, the rooms consist of one room and offer a double bed or two single beds, central air conditioning (hourly), shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, direct-dial telephone, one double and one single bed, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DR=SR for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

The rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom (three beds in one room, one bed in the second room) with otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms (DF2). Can be booked with a sea view for an extra charge (F2M).

Double Room Deluxe

With similar equipment to the double rooms with direct sea view, these feature a double bed, additional minibar content (two beers, soft drinks), as well as high-quality bathroom amenities (DDM). DR=SR for single use can be booked (DM1).

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these feature a side sea view and are designed for a maximum occupancy of 2+2 (AMS/SMB) (not bookable in winter).
