The spacious holiday resort is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side with numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants and bars is approx. 12 km away, while Manavgat is approx. 17 km and Alanya is approx. 75 km away. Antalya Airport is approximately 55 km away. Taxi and minibus connections to the surrounding towns are available near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-friendly holiday destination covers a total area of 32,000m² and offers 308 rooms (to be renovated in summer 2025) across four floors, featuring an impressive lobby with reception, TV room, lobby bar, and cozy seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire resort, in public areas, and in the rooms. Buffet meals are served in the main restaurant, which includes a terrace (also with a non-smoking zone). Internet café, conference rooms, hairdresser, and shops (all for a fee). The indoor pool is available depending on weather conditions and at the discretion of the hotel management. The spa area includes a saltwater pool (for a fee). Additionally, the resort features a snack restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (all for a fee), a pool bar, as well as other bars and a disco (approx. 11:30 PM–2 AM). Complimentary Starbucks coffee. The well-maintained garden features a pool area with a large activity pool connected to the aquapark with water slides (operating at set times), an interactive children's pool with 5 water slides and a baby slide, a relaxation pool (each heated subject to weather and season), and a sun terrace, snack bar, and pool bar. Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and beach.

Double room

The pleasantly furnished, air-conditioned rooms (centrally controlled) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, safe, one double or two single beds as well as a sofa bed (for 3rd person occupancy), minibar, electric kettle with a selection of coffee/tea (replenished daily), direct-dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEA).
