The extensive holiday complex is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and bars, is approx. 12 km away, Manavgat is approx. 17 km, and Alanya approx. 75 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away. Taxis and minibuses to surrounding towns are available near the hotel.

Summer:
The family-friendly holiday accommodation covers a total area of 32,000m2, with a total of 308 rooms (to be renovated for Summer 25). It offers an impressive lobby with reception, TV room, lobby bar, and cozy seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex, in public areas, and in the rooms. The main restaurant with terrace (also with a non-smoking area) offers buffet dishes. Internet café, conference rooms, hairdresser, and shops (each for a fee). The indoor pool is available depending on the weather and at the hotelier's discretion. Additionally, the complex has a snack restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each for a fee), a pool bar, as well as other bars and a disco (approx. 11:30 PM - 2 AM). Free Starbucks coffee. The well-maintained garden area features a pool landscape with a large activity pool connected to the aquapark with water slides (hourly), an interactive children's pool with 5 water slides and a baby slide, a relaxation pool (heated depending on weather and season), sun terrace, snack, and pool bar. Umbrellas, loungers, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.
Winter:
- The beach bar is not open.
- Depending on the number of guests, either the relaxation pool or the main pool is heated depending on the weather.

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly furnished, air-conditioned rooms (centrally controlled) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, safe, sofa bed (for a 3rd person), minibar, kettle with coffee/tea selection (refilled daily), direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEA).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities, these rooms consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (FS2).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

These rooms are identical to the double rooms.

Comfort Room (Winter)

With similar amenities to the standard rooms with land view, maximum occupancy is 2 people (2CD).

Ultra All Inclusive

Rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Late risers' breakfast (10:30 AM - 12 PM), international and Turkish snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream and midnight snack throughout the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and selected imported drinks are included around the clock at the open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, beer, and water.
