Location

The holiday residence is situated on a spacious sandy/pebbly beach; there are a few shopping opportunities available in the small village of Kizilagac. The picturesque town of Side is approximately 15 km away, and the district town of Manavgat is about 10 km away. Public minibus connections are available near the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with arrival at Gazipasa Airport (GZP); the distance is 90 km.

The holiday hotel offers a total of 520 rooms, spread across two building wings, each with five floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar where Wi-Fi is included (fee applies in rooms and pool area, from Summer 27 included throughout the entire complex), a main restaurant with a terrace (weather-permitting), additional bars, two à-la-carte restaurants (open from 01.06–30.09 six times a week, once per stay with reservation), a patisserie, a disco, conference rooms, an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool and whirlpool (seasonal), as well as a wellness area. In the well-kept garden, you will find the swimming pool landscape with a separate children's pool, sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a sunbathing area. Here and at the beach with a beach bar, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included; exchanges are available for a fee.

The comfortable rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Side sea view (D2S) or direct sea view (DMU) can be booked for an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/1SD/DME). In the low season, available with favorable conditions and in limited numbers (DAS/D3S/MSA).

Large Double Room

Same facilities as the double rooms (consisting of one room) with an additional bunk bed for the children.

Otherwise having the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature an additional separate bedroom (DF2).

Swim Up Family Room

Otherwise having the same facilities as the family rooms, these feature direct access to the shared pool (FSU).

Economy Room (AYTA70)

These family suites feature the same amenities as the family rooms, with an additional bedroom with a connecting door, bathroom, and swim-up terrace (FSU/UF2).
Note: Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types for safety reasons.

Economy Room

Similar facilities to the superior double rooms, however, in a less preferred location with land view (SSZ). Summer 26: Double room for single use (SSE). Summer 26: In the low season, available with favorable conditions and in limited numbers (SSX/ESX).
