Location

The holiday complex is located on the extensive sand/shingle beach. In the small village of Kizilagac, there are some shopping facilities. The picturesque town of Side is about 15 km away, and the district town of Manavgat about 10 km. Public minibus connections are available near the hotel.
The hotel is also available with Gazipasa Airport (GZP) as the destination airport; the distance is 90 km.

The holiday hotel offers a total of 520 rooms spread across two buildings, each with five floors. Amenities include a spacious reception hall with a reception desk, lifts, inviting seating areas, and the lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included here (charges apply for rooms and pool area). There is a main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), further bars, two à la carte restaurants (open six times a week from June 1 to September 30, once per stay with reservation), a patisserie, the disco, conference rooms, the indoor pool with integrated children's pool and whirlpool (seasonal), and a wellness area. In the well-kept garden, you will find the swimming pool area with a separate children's pool, two water slides (at specific times), sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, and a lawn. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades, and beach towels are included here and at the beach bar, with a charge for changes.

Double Room Superior

The comfortable rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring, and balcony (DSU). Side sea view (D2S) or direct sea view (DMU) can be booked at an extra charge. Double room for single use (DE/1SD/DME). Available in the early and late season with more favorable conditions and in limited numbers (DAS/D3S/MSA).

Large Double Room

Same amenities as the double rooms (consisting of one room) with an additional bunk bed for children.

Apart from that, these family rooms have the same amenities and offer direct access to the communal pool (FSU).

These family suites have the same amenities as the family rooms, with an additional bedroom with a connecting door, a bathroom, and a swim-up terrace (FSU/UF2).

Economy Room

Similar amenities to the Double Room Superior, but in a less desirable location and with a land view (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE). Available in the early and late season with more favorable conditions and limited numbers (SSX/ESX).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a small midnight buffet.
