Location

The popular holiday hotel is located in a prime position directly on the long, beautiful, and expansive sandy beach of Kumköy. Side is approximately 4 km away and can be easily reached via public minibus services and taxis.

Facilities

This excellent holiday complex with a total of 207 rooms, spread across a main building, offers a reception hall with a lobby bar and shops (for a fee) in the main building, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, a newly renovated snack bar, as well as an indoor pool (open during the winter season and heated depending on the season). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel area. The beautifully designed freshwater swimming pool (from Summer 26: heated in the preseason and cooled in the high season) is located in the hillside outdoor area, complete with a pool bar, three water slides (operating at specific hours), and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and umbrellas are provided here and on the beach free of charge for our guests.

Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished (extensively renovated from Summer 26) and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV (UHD 4K TV from Summer 26), music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, tea/coffee setup, rental safe, and balcony (D). Rooms with side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS). Double room = Single room for sole occupancy (DE/DES).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26) and featuring a standing balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

Otherwise identical in facilities to the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26), these feature a separate living/bedroom area with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, continental late-riser breakfast, Turkish snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, patisserie, and midnight soup. Dine once per week in one of the à la carte restaurants subject to availability and prior reservation. As an alternative for lunch, an à la carte restaurant can be used from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM. The mini-fridge is stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks upon arrival and replenished daily with one bottle of still water and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed juices, all drinks in the nightclub (from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM), imported drinks, bottled wine, and cocktails.

Sports included

Fitness room, boccia, (water) aerobics, and beach volleyball.

Children's program

Miniclub available at specific hours (except Sundays) for children aged 4 to 12, and a playground. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.
