Location

The well-known holiday hotel is ideally located directly on the long, beautiful, and spacious sandy beach of Kumköy. Side is approximately 4 km away and easily accessible by public mini-bus services and taxis.

Facilities

This fantastic holiday complex with a total of 207 rooms spread across one main building offers a reception hall with a lobby bar and shops (for a fee), a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, a newly renovated snack bar, and an indoor pool (open in winter season and heated seasonally). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the terraced outdoor area, you'll find a beautifully designed freshwater swimming pool (heated in early season and cooled in high season from Summer 26) with a pool bar, three water slides (operating on a schedule), and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and parasols are included here and on the beach.

Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished (extensively renovated from Summer 26) with a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV (UHD 4K TV from Summer 26) with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, mini-fridge, tea/coffee setup, safety deposit box (for a fee), and a balcony (D). Side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26) and feature a stand-up balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms (extensively renovated from Summer 26), these rooms feature a separate living/sleeping area with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, continental late riser breakfast, Turkish snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a patisserie and midnight soup. Once per week, enjoy a meal at one of the à la carte restaurants, subject to availability and prior reservation. An à la carte restaurant can also be used for lunch between 12 PM and 3 PM. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bars between 10 AM and midnight. The mini-fridge is stocked upon arrival with water, beer, and soft drinks, and refilled daily with a bottle of still and mineral water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed juices, all drinks in the discotheque (from 11 PM to 2 AM), imported beverages, bottled wines, and cocktails.
