Location

The holiday accommodation is located approx. 200 m from the extensive sandy beach (with occasional stone slabs in the sea). Access to the beach is at the rear of the hotel. Due to its location directly on Kumköy Street, public mini-bus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel. It is about 4 km to the town of Side.

The hotel has a total of 326 rooms and a tastefully designed reception hall with a reception area and comfortable seating areas, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the reception area, terrace, rooms, pool and beach bar. Further facilities include the main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (seasonal, subject to availability and with reservation once per stay), and other bars. Various boutiques, a ladies' and men's hairdresser, and a conference room for 200 people (each for a fee). Discotheque and the wellness area with indoor pool (open in the low and shoulder seasons). In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is also a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with water slides (open at certain hours), sun terraces, and the pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, bath towels, and parasols are available free of charge here and at the hotel beach (with beach bar from the end of April to the end of October).

The rooms are tastefully furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Smart TV, music channel, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea set, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side (D). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). DZ=EZ for single use. (DE/DES).

Family room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, they have a bathroom/WC and a separate bedroom with a connecting door. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second room contains two single beds and has also been renovated (DF2). Side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (FS2)

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Late riser breakfast, also snacks and coffee/tea with pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Dinner at the à la carte restaurant once per stay. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. at the respective open bars and the Davidoff Café is open 24 hours. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
