Location

The holiday residence is located approx. 200 m from the expansive sandy beach (there are some isolated stone slabs in the water). Access to the beach is located at the rear of the hotel. Due to its location directly on the Kumköy road, public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel. It is about 4 km to the town of Side.

The hotel has a total of 326 rooms and a tastefully designed lobby with a reception, cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, terrace, rooms, pool, and beach bar. Facilities also include the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (seasonal, subject to availability, and by reservation once per stay), and additional bars. There are various boutiques, a hair salon for men and women, and a conference room for 200 people (each for a fee). A disco and a wellness area with an indoor pool (open in low season) are also available. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will also find a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with water slides (operating at set times), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and sun umbrellas are available to you free of charge here and at the hotel beach (with beach bar from the end of April to the end of October).

Double room

The rooms are tastefully furnished with a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning, smart TV, music channel, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea set-up, direct-dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the landside (D). Rooms with side sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DMS). Double rooms for single use (DE/DES).

Family room

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, these feature a bathroom/WC and a separate bedroom with a connecting door. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second room contains two single beds; these have also been renovated (DF2). Side sea view can be booked at an additional cost (FS2).

Double room Superior

With similar facilities to the standard double rooms, these rooms have a pool view (DAP). When booking this room category, guests receive the following additional services: 1 beach bag per room, 1 free use of an à la carte restaurant, and a 15-minute trial massage.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Late riser breakfast, afternoon snacks, coffee/tea with pastries, as well as midnight soup. One dinner per stay in the à la carte restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. to midnight at the respective open bars; the Davidoff Café is open 24 hours. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
