Location

Built in a terraced style on a hillside, this holiday property is located slightly above the hotel zone, approximately 3 km from the historic old town of Side, and extends down to a long, gently sloping sandy beach with a promenade. Due to its location directly on the Kumköy road, there is a good transport connection to Manavgat.

Summer:
This well-known, comfortable hotel features a total of 511 rooms in the main building and two annexes spread over six floors (elevators available). Various hotel facilities include a modern and elegant lobby with a reception area and contemporary seating, conference rooms, a main restaurant with a large terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (some for a fee), and several bars. Exclusive shops, an internet café, a game hall with bowling, billiards, and video games, as well as a hairdresser (each for a fee), an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool are available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex for up to 6 MB. In the beautifully landscaped, terraced outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, two water slides, and two additional freshwater pools, one of which is a relaxation pool (for ages 18+), as well as a pool bar and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, towels, and parasols are included there and at the beach.
Winter:
- For stays of at least 21 days, you receive complimentary weekly laundry service for up to 5 kg per room.
- Entertainment on request several times a week: Nordic walking, hiking, cooking classes, yoga, and evening shows or occasional live music.
- No aqua aerobics.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Pool bar closed.
- Indoor pool open only during the winter season.
- In winter, a heated outdoor pool is available between November and March.

Double room

These comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror in the bathroom, slippers, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee and tea-making facilities, Wi-Fi up to 6 MB, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view are available for an extra charge (DM). Double room as single use (DE/DEM). For rooms located on the land side (also applies to single rooms), occasional noise disturbances from the Kumköy road may occur.

Double room Swim Up

Identical to the double rooms, located in the garden area with shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and situated on the ground floor. They face the sea side and offer garden views and direct pool access. The private pool area is shared by several rooms. Bookable for guests 16+ years (SWD).

Deluxe room

Similar in design to the double rooms with shower/WC, these rooms are more spacious and include a terrace (DD2). Available with a whirlpool and partial sea view for an extra charge (DDJ).

Super Saver room (Summer)

Identical to the land-side double rooms with shower/WC, located on the ground floor facing the street (SSZ).

Suites

With the same amenities as the double rooms, suites additionally feature a separate living room. They are also equipped with laminate flooring, a bathroom with either a bathtub/WC or shower/WC, and offer sea views (S2M).

Family room Type B

Located on the ground floor, these consist of two open-plan rooms connected by a staircase in maisonette style. The modern rooms feature a bedroom with a seating area and sofa bed. The lower floor includes a shower/WC, and the upper floor has a bedroom with a shower/whirlpool/WC. These rooms face the garden side (2FB).

Family room Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature a shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a separate bedroom with a connecting door, and sea views (2FA).

Family room Type C

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, shower/WC, and are located on the ground floor with pool views (2FC).

With our new High Class concept, no wish remains unfulfilled. You receive breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch and dinner from lavish buffets, a continental late-riser breakfast, various snack variations at several stations during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, ice cream (popsicles) at specific times at several bars during the day, and a midnight snack. Furthermore, you have the option to dine three times per 7-night stay in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (further use of the same à-la-carte for a fee). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as several branded imported spirits (in summer) (e.g., Smirnoff, Chivas Regal, Remy Martin, Havana Club) are served 24 hours a day at the currently open bars. In the garden, there are several refrigerators for self-service. The minibar is restocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Buggy rental (subject to availability) at the reception.
