Location

Built in a terraced style on a hillside, this holiday residence is situated slightly above the hotel zone, approx. 3 km from the old town of Side, and extends down to the long, gently sloping sandy beach with its promenade. Due to its location directly on the Kumköy road, there is a good transport connection to Manavgat.

Summer:
The well-known comfort hotel has a total of 511 rooms and two annex buildings spread over six floors (lifts available). The various hotel facilities include the elegantly designed reception hall with lobby and modern seating areas, conference rooms, main restaurant with a large terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some for a fee), and several bars. Exclusive shops, internet café, game hall with bowling, billiards, and video games, as well as a hairdresser (each for a fee), an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. Wi-Fi is included in the entire complex up to 6 MB. In the beautifully landscaped, terraced outdoor area, you will find the large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, two water slides, two additional freshwater pools—one of which is a relax pool (from 18 years)—the pool bar, and the sun terrace. Sun loungers, towels, and parasols are included there and on the beach.
Winter:
- For stays of at least 21 days, you receive weekly laundry service up to 5 kg per room included.
- Entertainment on request several times a week: Nordic walking, hiking, cooking classes, yoga, and evening shows or occasional live music.
- No aqua aerobics.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Pool bar closed.
- Indoor pool only open during the winter season.
- In winter, a heated outdoor pool is available between November and March.

Accommodation

Double Room

These comfortably furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror in the bathroom, slippers, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee and tea maker, Wi-Fi up to 6 MB, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). Rooms with sea view are available for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DEM). In rooms located on the land side (also applies to single rooms), occasional noise disturbances from the Kumköy road may occur.

Double Room Swim Up

Identical to the double rooms, these are located in the garden area with shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and are situated on the ground floor. They face the sea side, have garden views, and direct pool access. The private pool area is shared by several rooms. Bookable for ages 16+ (SWD).

Deluxe Room

Similar in furnishings to the double rooms with shower/WC, these are slightly more spacious and include a terrace (DD2/DDS). Available with a whirlpool and partial sea view for an extra charge (DDJ).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

Identical to the land-side double rooms with shower/WC, located on the ground floor facing the street (SSZ).

Suites

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, the suites include a separate living room. They are also equipped with laminate flooring and a bathroom/WC or shower/WC and offer sea views (S2M).

Family Room Type B

Located on the ground floor, these consist of two open-plan rooms connected by a staircase in a maisonette style. The modern rooms feature a bedroom with a seating area and sofa bed. The lower floor has a shower/WC, and the upper floor has a bedroom with shower/whirlpool/WC. These rooms face the garden side (2FB).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these include a shower/WC, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a separate bedroom with a connecting door, and a sea view (2FA).

Family Room Type C

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, shower/WC, and are located on the ground floor with pool views (2FC).

With the new High Class concept, no wish remains unfulfilled. You receive breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch, and dinner from lavish buffets, continental late-riser breakfast, various snack variations throughout the day at multiple stations, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, ice cream (popsicles) at specific times at various bars throughout the day, and a midnight snack. In addition, you have the opportunity to dine in one of the à la carte restaurants three times per 7-night stay (further use of the same à la carte for a fee). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as several renowned import spirits (e.g., Smirnoff, Chivas Regal, Remy Martin, Havana Club) are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Several refrigerators are located in the garden for your self-service. The minibar is restocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
