Location

The hotel is located in the resort of Kumköy, approximately 4 km from Side and 60 km from the airport. The hotel's own sandy beach slopes gently and is located about 200 m from the hotel. In summer, public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

The holiday complex, particularly popular with German regular guests, offers 151 rooms spread across the main building with five floors (elevator available) and the annex building with three floors (no elevator). Amenities include a beautifully designed reception hall with mosaics, comfortable seating area, and lobby bar with a small terrace, as well as the main restaurant with a terrace. You also have the option to dine at various à la carte restaurants in the sister hotel Villa Side Residence (approx. 100 m away via Kumköy street or underpass) (with prior reservation and subject to availability, for a fee). The extensive facilities also include various bars, a satellite TV corner, several shops (for a fee), and an attractive wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained garden features a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snackbar and another pool with two water slides (seasonal). The semi-Olympic pool and the children's pool are heated from 15.10. to 15.11. Sunshades by the pool and sun loungers with mattresses, as well as beach towels, are included for our guests by the pool and on the beach (with beach/snackbar).

The rooms are attractively furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, carpet flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Super saver room

Are identical to the double rooms and without a balcony (SOZ). Can also be booked for single use (SOE).

Family room

Otherwise identically furnished to the double rooms, they have a visually separated additional bedroom (DF2).

Identical to the family rooms, but in a maisonette style and have two bathrooms/showers (DUF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, continental late riser breakfast (mini buffet), coffee/tea with ice cream and waffles in the afternoon, and snacks at the beach restaurant at lunchtime. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at different bars between 10 am and midnight. Your minibar is stocked daily with mineral water and still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
