Location

The hotel is located in the town of Kumköy, approximately 4 km from Side and 60 km from the airport. The hotel's own sandy beach features a gentle slope and is located about 200 m from the hotel. In summer, public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

Popular especially among regular German guests, this holiday destination offers 151 rooms spread across the main building with five floors (lift available) and the annex with three floors (no lift). Amenities include a beautifully designed lobby with mosaics, reception, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar with a small terrace, as well as the main restaurant with a terrace. You also have the option to dine in various à la carte restaurants at the sister hotel, Villa Side Residence (distance approx. 100 m via the Kumköy road or pedestrian underpass; with prior reservation and subject to availability, for a fee). The extensive facilities also include various bars, a satellite TV corner, several shops (for a fee), and an appealing wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel building. In the well-maintained garden, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snack bar and another pool with two water slides (available at specific hours). The semi-Olympic pool and the children's pool are heated from 15.10. to 15.11. Sun loungers at the pool and sunshades at the beach, synthetic-covered loungers, and pool towels are included for our guests at both the pool and the beach (which features a beach/snack bar).

The rooms are attractively furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with a music channel, minibar, safe, carpeted floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Identical to the double rooms, but without a balcony (SOZ). Also bookable for single occupancy (SOE).

Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
