Location

The hotel is located in the town of Kumköy, approximately 4 km from Side and 60 km from the airport. The hotel's own sandy beach features a gentle slope and is located at a distance of approx. 200 m from the hotel. In summer, public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

This holiday destination, which is particularly popular with regular German guests, offers you 151 rooms spread across the five-story main building (lift available) and a three-story annex building (no lift). Amenities include a beautifully designed lobby with mosaics, a reception, inviting seating areas, a lobby bar with a small terrace, and the main restaurant with a terrace. Furthermore, you have the option to dine in various à-la-carte restaurants at the sister hotel, Villa Side Residence (distance approx. 100 m via the Kumköy road or underpass) (with prior reservation and subject to availability, for a fee). The extensive range of services also includes various bars, a satellite TV corner, several shops (for a fee), and the appealing wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel building, on the beach, and at the pool. In the well-maintained garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a pool/snack bar (open by the hour) and an additional pool with two water slides (open by the hour). Parasols at the pool and sunshades at the beach, as well as plastic-covered sun loungers and bath towels, are included for our guests at the pool and at the beach (with beach/snack bar).

Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
