This well-known resort with a club atmosphere is separated from the long sandy beach only by the beach promenade. You can easily reach the picturesque town of Side in approximately 2 km by public minibus.

The expansive holiday resort offers a total of 340 rooms, distributed among several newly built buildings (with elevator, apartment building without elevator). The many amenities for carefree holidays include a spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, a lobby bar, and Wi-Fi (limited speed) which is included throughout the hotel area. Furthermore, there is a main restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (subject to reservation and availability from 1.4.-7.11., some from age 9), additional bars, a patisserie, a disco (three times a week), and several shops (each for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped garden, in addition to the amphitheater for evening events, there are two large swimming pools (one of which is heated in the pre-season until 15.5. and 1.10.-7.11.) with a separate children's pool, a small aquapark with four water slides for adults and three for children (open hourly from 1.5. to 7.11.), sun terraces, and a snack bar. Here and at the beach (with beach bar for soft drinks), sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included.

These modern rooms are located in the old building and are somewhat more spacious than the double rooms; they offer a shower/WC, sofa bed, LCD satellite TV, and laminate and/or ceramic flooring, with otherwise identical facilities (D2X).

Family Apartments (Summer)

These rooms are approximately 40-45 m² in size and, with the same facilities and location as the double rooms, consist of two bedrooms and a combined living/sleeping room, as well as a bathroom/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, free internet, and a safe. The minibar is refilled daily; the room includes a balcony, kettle with coffee/tea setup, air conditioning, and an LCD TV (APF).

Double Room (Summer)

The approximately 25 m² rooms are located in the new building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, manually adjustable air conditioning, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled daily; they also include laminate flooring and a balcony with a seating area (D). The approximately 35 m² rooms are located in the new building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, manually adjustable air conditioning, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled daily; they include laminate flooring and a balcony with a seating area. Land view (DAS), sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMU).

Double Room Superior Swim-up (Summer) (Adult Only)

The Double Room Superior Swim-Up units are located in the new building and are approximately 25-32 m² in size, equipped with a WC, shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled daily. A balcony with a seating area, capsule coffee machine, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and an LCD TV ensure additional comfort. The terrace offers direct access to the communal pool (DWP). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.

Penthouse (Summer 2026)

These approximately 45 m² rooms are located in the new building and are equipped with a WC, shower, hairdryer, free internet, a safe, and a minibar that is refilled daily. A balcony with a seating area, capsule coffee machine, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and an LCD TV ensure additional comfort (P2).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

These rooms are located in the older building sections and include a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), a safe, a minibar that is refilled daily, a kettle with a coffee/tea setup, tiled or laminate flooring, and no balcony (SSZ).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets; children's buffet also available in the evening, late-riser breakfast, pastries in the afternoon, various snacks during the day, ice cream hour, and midnight snacks. Optionally, you can dine once per stay in one of the various à-la-carte restaurants upon reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some selected imported drinks are included from 10 am to midnight (in the disco until 2 am) at the respective open bars, and around the clock at the Lobby Bar.
