The Double Superior Swim-Up rooms are located in the new building and are approximately 25-32 sqm. They are equipped with a WC, shower, hairdryer, free internet, safe, and the minibar is refilled daily. A balcony with a seating area, capsule coffee machine, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and an LCD TV provide additional comfort. The terrace offers direct access to the communal pool (DWP). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

A balcony with a seating area, capsule coffee machine, coffee and tea set, manually adjustable air conditioning, and an LCD TV provide additional comfort. (P2).

These rooms are located in the older parts of the building and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually or centrally controlled), safe, and a minibar that is refilled daily. They also include a kettle with a coffee/tea setup, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony. (SSZ).

Extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, including a children's buffet in the evening. Late risers' breakfast, pastries in the afternoon, various snacks during the day, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. You can also dine once per stay in one of the various à la carte restaurants upon reservation. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 10 AM to 2 AM (at the disco in Melas Resort, also until 2 AM) at the open bars. The minibar is replenished every other day with still water, soda, soft drinks, and beer.
