Location

This friendly holiday home is located in the Side-Kumköy district, approx. 700 m from the long sandy beach, separated by the Kumköy road. A complimentary shuttle takes you several times a day to the hotel's own beach section, approx. 1.3 km away. Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, can be reached in approx. 2 km; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Facilities

Popular with German holidaymakers, this holiday hotel offers a total of 172 rooms spread across a four-story main building. An appealing lobby with reception, inviting seating areas, a lobby bar, and satellite TV are available, as well as elevators, a buffet restaurant with terrace and service bar, and an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay of at least 7 nights, subject to reservation and availability). Several shops, a hairdresser, and a small wellness area are available, each for a fee. Wi-Fi (up to 1 Mbps) is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. In the very well-maintained outdoor area are two freshwater swimming pools, one with a water slide (operating at set hours) and a separate children's pool. Sun terraces and the pool bar complete the facilities. Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and parasols are provided free of charge at the pool and the hotel's private beach section. There is a beach restaurant located on the beach (open 1.5.26-31.10.26).

Double room

Decorated in bright colors, these rooms are located in the main building and offer a bathroom/WC with integrated shower, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD TV with music channel, minibar, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Super saver room

These are identical in features to the double rooms but are located in a less preferred position (SSZ).

Family room

These rooms are located in the main building, feature a bathroom/WC with integrated shower, and offer two bedrooms with a connecting door and laminate flooring, with otherwise similar features to the double rooms (DF2).
