Location

The adults-only hotel is located only 200 meters away from the beach promenade, on the gently sloping, extensive beach, about 1.5 km from the center of Side, where you will find a variety of shopping and entertainment options. Public transport is available on the main road.

Facilities

The holiday complex offers a total of 63 rooms spread across a 4-story main building. The hotel facilities include a spacious reception area with a seating area, two lifts, main restaurant, 2 bars, Wi-Fi is available for a fee. A small indoor pool (approx. 70 m² and open depending on the season) and a small wellness area. A freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace. Here, as well as on the beach (no food and drink service on the beach), sun loungers, mattresses, and Suns are available to guests free of charge, beach towels are available in the spa area (changed every three days).

The attractively designed rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe (rental), air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, coffee/tea setup and have laminate flooring and a balcony with pool view (D). Sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DEM/DES).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they are significantly larger and have a sea view (S2M).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Lunchtime snacks by the pool, afternoon tea/coffee with pastries and various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from 10 am to 11 pm at the respective open bars free of charge. The minibar is stocked with still water and mineral water.

All imported drinks, cocktails, bottled drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, drinks after 11 pm, as well as food and drinks on the beach.
