Location

This adults-only hotel is located just 200 meters from the beach promenade, separated from the gently sloping, expansive beach, and approximately 1.5 km from the city center of Side, where you will find a variety of shopping and entertainment options. Public transport is available on the main road.

Facilities

The resort offers a total of 63 rooms spread over a 4-story main building. Hotel facilities include a spacious lobby with reception and seating areas, two elevators, a main restaurant, 2 bars, and Wi-Fi (available for a fee). There is a small indoor pool (approx. 70 m², open seasonally) and a small wellness area. A freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace are available. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are provided free of charge here and at the beach (no food and drink service at the beach); beach towels are available in the spa area (changed every three days).

The attractively designed rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony with pool view (D). Sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) can be booked for an extra charge. Double rooms for single use (DE/DEM/DES) are also available. For the summer 2027 season, double rooms with side sea view can be booked for specific periods at more favorable prices (DIS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet. Afternoon snacks by the pool, afternoon tea/coffee with pastries, as well as various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the respective open bars are included. The minibar is stocked with still water and mineral water.
