Summer:
The hotel complex has 482 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation, included once per week; Curio à la carte restaurant and further use of à la carte restaurants are subject to a fee and require reservation), several bars, a patisserie, a disco, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated depending on weather from 1.11-31.4). Various shops and conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free in general areas of the complex and in the rooms. The pool landscape includes several seasonally open pools, a pool bar (seasonal), two separate children's pools, and an aqua park with seven water slides. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available at the beach and by the pool.
Winter:
- All outdoor facilities are closed.
- A beach bar may be open depending on the weather and at the hotelier's discretion.
- Teen club is closed.

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms in the main building have twin or French beds, a sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, and balcony (D). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DE).

Deluxe Room

These rooms have the same amenities, size, and location as the double rooms, with a French bed and terrace (DD2).

Bungalow Room

The rooms in the garden area have the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly smaller, and have individually adjustable air conditioning (BZ2). Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (BZ1).

Family Suite Type A (Summer)

These suites have a similar setup to the double rooms and consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, and a minibar. They have individually adjustable air conditioning and are located in the garden area. Upon request, a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (subject to deposit, upon request and availability) can be provided in the room (ASF).

Family Suite Type B

These rooms in the main building have a similar setup to the double rooms and consist of one bedroom and a living room with a sofa, two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, and a minibar. Upon request, a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (subject to deposit, upon request and availability) can be provided in the room (B2F).

Family Room

These rooms have a similar setup to the double rooms and consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, two showers/WC, and two satellite TVs and minibars. The rooms are located in the annex building (DF2).

Lake Villa (Summer)

These villas consist of two bedrooms, a living room, and a terrace, as well as two showers/WC, bathrobes, slippers, TV, minibar, and a terrace. They are located directly on a shared pool. When booking this room category, you will receive fresh fruit and flowers upon arrival, a bottle of wine in your room, and daily cookies. Turndown service and 24-hour room service (excluding alcoholic beverages) are also included. Upon request, a baby package with a bottle warmer, bathtub, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (subject to deposit, upon request and availability) can be provided in the room (V2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks at specified times, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, ice cream hour, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the open bars.
