Located directly on the long sandy beach. The center of Side is approx. 5 km away and the newly designed village of Kumköy is nearby. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The hotel complex has 482 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (each included once per week subject to availability and advance reservation; use of the Curio à la carte restaurant and further use of the à la carte restaurants is available for a fee and with advance reservation), several bars, a patisserie, a disco, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated from Nov 1st to Apr 31st depending on weather). Various shops and conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is free of charge in the general areas of the resort and in the rooms. The pool landscape includes several seasonally opened pools as well as a pool bar (seasonal), two separate children's pools, and an aquapark with seven water slides. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are provided at the beach and by the pool.
Winter:
- All outdoor facilities are closed.
- A beach bar is open at the hotelier's discretion depending on the weather.
- Teenager club is closed.

Accommodation

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms in the main building are equipped with a twin or French bed, sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, by the hour), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe, coffee/tea set-up, minibar, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view are available at an extra charge (DM). Double rooms can be booked as single rooms (DE).

Deluxe room

These offer the same equipment, size, and location as the double rooms, but feature a French bed and a terrace (DD2).

Bungalow room

The rooms in the garden area are slightly smaller than the double rooms with the same equipment and feature individually adjustable air conditioning (BZ2). Can be booked as a single room (BZ1).

Family suite Type A (Summer)

With otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, and a minibar. They feature individually adjustable air conditioning and are located in the garden area. Upon request, you can receive a baby package in your room containing a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (available for a deposit, subject to request and availability) (ASF).

Family suite Type B

These rooms in the main building consist of one bedroom and one living room with a sofa. They feature similar equipment to the double rooms including two showers/WC, bathrobes, two satellite TVs, and a minibar. Upon request, you can receive a baby package in your room containing a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (available for a deposit, subject to request and availability) (B2F).

Family room

With otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, two showers/WC, two satellite TVs, and a minibar. The rooms are located in the annex building (DF2).

Lake Villa (Summer)

Consists of two bedrooms, a living room, and a terrace, as well as two showers/WC, bathrobes, slippers, TV, minibar, and a terrace, located directly at a shared pool. When booking this room category, you will receive fresh fruit, fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine in your room upon arrival, as well as cookies daily. Also includes turn-down service and 24-hour room service (excluding alcoholic beverages). Upon request, you can receive a baby package in your room containing a bottle warmer, baby bath, baby monitor, and bottle sterilizer (available for a deposit, subject to request and availability) (V2).
