Spread over an area of 107,000 m², this holiday home built in a traditional style offers a total of 429 rooms distributed across several annex buildings with three floors each (elevators available). The imposing lobby features a reception with comfortable seating areas. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee and by prior reservation), an à-la-carte snack restaurant (free of charge), various bars, and a patisserie. A game hall, several shops, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The extensive garden area contains a large freshwater swimming pool, an activity pool (heated depending on weather conditions), an aquapark with 5 water slides (depending on weather), an aqua tower for children with 3 slides, as well as a relaxation pool (+15 years) and a "Kneipp" therapy pool. Sun loungers, cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar/snack à la carte service.

Deluxe Room

The stylishly furnished rooms feature a whirlpool with an integrated shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe and slippers, pillow menu, turn-down service, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, capsule coffee machine, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), marble floor, and balcony (DD2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DD1).

Family Room (Duplex)

With the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, these consist of two levels. The lower floor features a bathroom/whirlpool/WC and a bedroom with a double bed and connecting door. The upper floor contains a shower/WC and two single beds, each with an LCD satellite TV and minibar (DF2).

Family Suite

Offering the same amenities as the Family rooms, these feature two bedrooms on one level with a connecting door (2FS).

Suite Deluxe

With the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, these are more spacious, feature a French balcony, and additionally offer a living room with a second LCD satellite TV (2DS).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (fresh fruit juices and smoothie drinks included), lunch, and dinner from the rich buffet. Vegan and gluten-free food are available in the main restaurant. Late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day (international and Turkish), afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, 24-hour ice cream service. One à-la-carte restaurant is included for stays of at least 7 nights (by reservation and subject to availability, excluding Teppanyaki and Mehtabe Grill à la carte). Various local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (hotel-selected brands) are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, beer, red and white wine in small bottles, as well as snacks and chocolate.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks, special local and imported wines, as well as pavilions on the beach with catering service (by reservation).

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, boccia, beach volleyball, and archery. Starting from Summer 26, Fitness First will be offered as inclusive.

Sports for a fee

Fitness First Platinum (included for international members, excluding special programs) with special programs. In addition, the hotel offers 35 clay tennis courts, 2 padel tennis courts (one with floodlights; one of these is for children, also with floodlights), tennis lessons from the PCT Tennis School, and rental of tennis equipment. The tennis courts are located approx. 700 m away, outside the complex; a free shuttle service operates several times a day, plus five pickleball courts.

Children's program

For the little ones, the "Mima" Mini Club is open from 10 am to 11 pm, featuring a restaurant (for lunch, during peak season), a children's pool (heated, weather permitting), and an aqua tower with 3 slides located in the aquapark. A baby room with cribs is available for children between 0-3 years (under parental supervision). Children between 4-7 and 8-12 years are supervised in the playroom, art room, and cinema. The Teenager Club also provides supervision for children aged 13-17 from 10 am to 10:30 pm. High chairs in the restaurant are available upon request.
