The holiday complex, spread over an area of 107,000 m² and built in a traditional style, offers a total of 429 rooms distributed across several outbuildings, each with three floors (elevators available). The impressive lobby features a reception area with comfortable seating. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (chargeable and requiring reservation), a snack à la carte restaurant (free of charge), several bars, and a patisserie. A game hall, various shops, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. The extensive garden complex features a large freshwater swimming pool, an activity pool (heated depending on weather), an aqua park with 5 water slides (heated depending on weather), an aqua tower for children with 3 slides, as well as a quiet pool (+15 years) and a "Kneipp" therapy pool. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach bar/snack à la carte restaurant.

Deluxe Room

The stylishly furnished rooms feature a whirlpool with an integrated shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, and slippers, a pillow menu, turn-down service, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, capsule coffee machine, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), marble flooring, and a balcony (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1).

Family Room (Duplex)

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, these rooms are spread over two levels. The lower level includes a bathroom/whirlpool/WC and a bedroom with a double bed and connecting door. The upper level has a shower/WC and two single beds, each with an LCD satellite TV and minibar (DF2).

Family Suite

With the same amenities as the Family Rooms, these suites offer two bedrooms on one level with a connecting door (2FS).

Deluxe Suite

These rooms are more spacious than the Deluxe Rooms with the same amenities, have a French balcony, and additionally offer a living area with a second LCD satellite TV (2DS).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (fresh fruit juices and smoothie drinks included), lunch, and dinner from the extensive buffet. Vegan and gluten-free options are available in the main restaurant. Late riser breakfast, international and Turkish snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, 24-hour ice cream service. One à la carte restaurant visit is included for stays of at least 7 nights (requires prior reservation and subject to availability, except for Teppanyaki and Mehtabe Grill à la carte). Various local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (hotel-specified brands) are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, beer, red and white wine in small bottles, as well as snacks and chocolate.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks, special local and imported wines, as well as beach pavilions with catering service (with reservation).

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, boccia, beach volleyball, and archery. Fitness First will be included starting Summer 2026.

Sports for a fee

Fitness First Platinum (included for international members, except for special programs) with special programs. The hotel also offers 35 clay tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, one with floodlights (one for children, also with floodlights), tennis lessons from PCT Tennis School, and tennis equipment rental. The tennis courts are approximately 700 m away and located outside the complex, with a free shuttle service running several times a day. Five pickleball courts are also available.

Children's program

The "Mima" Mini Club is open from 10 AM to 11 PM for children, with a restaurant (for lunch, during high season), children's pool (heated depending on weather), and an aqua tower with 3 slides in the aqua park. A baby room with cribs is available for babies aged 0-3 years (under parental supervision). Children aged 4-7 and 8-12 years are supervised in the playroom, art room, and cinema. The Teenager Club, open in sessions from 10 AM to 10:30 PM, also caters to children aged 13-17 years. High chairs are available in the restaurant upon request.
