The attractive complex is located 1 km from the historic center of Side, separated from the spacious, gently sloping sandy beach only by the promenade. Taxis and public minibuses are available near the hotel.

This popular holiday hotel in a prime beachfront location, which is expected to renovate all room types, the main restaurant and the patisserie in Winter 2025/2026, has a total of 266 rooms spread over five floors (three lifts available) and offers its guests a tastefully designed reception area with a bar, lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel (up to 6 MB), LCD satellite TV corner, internet café, shops, hairdresser (each for a fee) and buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (free for stays of at least 7 nights, once per restaurant) and bars. In the well-maintained garden area, the freshwater swimming pool, beautifully designed towards the sea, with a separate children's pool and sun terrace is available in summer, as well as a pool bar (April 1st - October 31st, weather permitting). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. There is a beach bar/snack bar on the beach (April 1st - October 31st, weather permitting).
Winter:
- The indoor pool with a separate children's pool is open during the winter season and heated depending on the weather.
- An outdoor pool is heated in winter.
- No ice cream hour.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available (included once per stay, subject to availability and reservation).
- The minibar is stocked with still water and soft drinks only.
- Umbrellas are not available.
- Boccia and aerobics are not offered in winter.
- heated outdoor pool (November - March).

Double Room

The chic rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea, direct dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually controlled) and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Sea view bookable for a surcharge (DM).

Junior Suite

The rooms, consisting of two interconnected rooms, offer similar amenities to the double rooms and have a sea view (J2M). DZ=EZ for single use (J1M).

Suite

The suites have the same amenities as the junior suite, apart from the features mentioned. These rooms face the garden (S2). Sea view is bookable for a surcharge (S1). DZ=EZ for single use (S2M/S1M).

You receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, and in the afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as twice daily ice cream at the pool bar in summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some selected imported drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. In summer, the beach bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In summer, the minibar is stocked with beer and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
