The fantastic resort is located 1 km from the historic town center of Side, separated from the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach only by the promenade. Taxi and public minibus connections are available near the hotel.

This popular holiday hotel in a prime beach location—which is expected to undergo renovations to all room types, the main restaurant, and the patisserie in winter 2025/2026—features a total of 266 rooms over five floors (three elevators available). It offers guests a tastefully designed lobby area with a reception, lobby bar, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (up to 6 MB), an LCD satellite TV corner, internet café, shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee), as well as a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (for stays of at least 7 nights, three of the à la carte restaurants are included once; a second visit is subject to a fee), and bars. In the well-maintained garden area during the summer, there is a beautiful freshwater swimming pool designed toward the sea, with a separate children's pool and sun terrace, as well as a pool bar (1.4.–31.10., weather-dependent). Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge there and at the beach. There is a beach/snack bar at the beach (1.4.–31.10., weather-dependent).
Winter:
- Indoor pool with separate children's pool is open during the winter season and heated depending on weather conditions.
- No ice cream hour.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available (included once for stays of 7 nights or more, subject to availability and reservation).
- Minibar is stocked with still water and soft drinks only.
- Parasols are not available.
- Bocce and aerobics are not offered in winter.
- Heated outdoor pool (November–March).

Double Room

The stylish rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with a music channel, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea, direct-dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), and a balcony (D). Junior Suite

These rooms consist of two rooms with a connecting door and offer similar amenities to the double rooms; they feature a sea view (J2M). DR=SR for single use (J1M)

Suite

The suites have the same amenities as the junior suites. These rooms face the garden (S2). Sea side can be booked for an extra charge (S1). DR=SR for single use (S2M/S1M).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, and afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as an ice cream hour twice daily at the pool bar in summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and selected imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. In summer, the beach bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In summer, the minibar is stocked with beer and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily if needed. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Further imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, cocktails, and bottled or canned beverages.
